Allowable short-circuit temperature: not exceed 250ºC for XLPE insulation, not exceed 160ºC for PVC insulation, and the duration shall not exceed 5 seconds. Ambient temperature for installation: over 0ºC, preheat if the temperature is below 0ºC.
